Hillview Drama & the Menlo Park City School District proudly present our Summer Series production of Seussical KIDS. In just 8 days our students have produced, learned and perfected this KIDS-length production.

This has been a really fun group of kids to work with. 0:20 It's one of my favorite things to do, summer theater, to see the kids from three different elementary schools 0:25 come together, make new friendships, learn a time. 0:29 In this cast, we have a cast of 24, and I think 15 of them are incoming fourth 0:34 graders, 0:35 so young, a lot of without experience, and they have just done a phenomenal job 0:40 of learning 0:42 the parts, the dances, the songs, the lines, and they have brought great energy today 0:47 when 0:47 we did our dress rehearsal, so I can't wait to see the show now, or for you to see the 0:54 I want to say a couple of sh- 0:56 A couple of thank yous, first to my assistant, Emma Holmes, who's been great. 1:01 She is a former student at Laurel and now 1:07 in college, majoring in theater. 1:10 And she's, yeah, she's just a really great help to have around, so thank you, Emma. 1:15 And thank you to Aiden and his whole tech crew, stage crew, for 1:20 all the work on the 1:22 I did a ton in. 1:24 attendees, too.
